Hello, my name is GC Purrs-of-Luv Blissfuly Jazzd Laycee, aka Laycee. I am a Cream-lynx Point Himalayan and I was born on Oct 30, 2008.

I am a very quiet girl, but show me that laser light and I turn into a totally different kitty. I love to play with balls and teasers.

I have started my show career in the kitten class of CFA. The noises and smells in the show hall make me a little scared, so I am a bit nervous yet and don't show as well as other kittys, but some judges see my qualities through my shyness. My Mommy is hoping the more I am out and handled the better I will be in future shows.

FROM MY MOMMY: Laycee is an absolutely sweet girl. She's a "Momma's Girl" for sure. I wasn't going to keep her since I kept her sister Cryssi, but others told me I'd be crazy to not keep her. She is maturing SO nicely and I am glad I listened to my friends. Laycee is a gorgeous girl that I very much adore. I have high hopes that she does well in the future.

~Laycee's Show Career~



7-4-2009- Laycee received her 6 winners ribbons in New Castle, DE & is now a CFA Champion....
Now we start working on her Grand Champion title.....

7/11/09- Laycee gets 5 points in her first show as a Champion in Lebanon, PA...195 to go....

7-18/19-2009- Laycee receives 10 more points in Somerset, NJ. Thanks to my friend Jennifer Smetanick for taking Laycee for me. Competition was fierce! 185 points to go......

8-1-2009- Laycee makes a final & gets points for breed judging in Zanesville, OH...15 points..... 170 more to go........

8-8/9-2009- Laycee was the only Champion in Timonium, MD, so unfortunatly not a good show for her w/ no points... still needing 170 points....

8-15/16-2009- Laycee does better this weekend in Wildwood, NJ. I wasn't able to attend this show, but my friend Jennifer showed Laycee for me. She gets 19 points.....151 to go....

8-22/23-2009- Laycee picks up more points in Essington, PA. She gets 15 this weekend.....136 more to go....

9-5-2009- Laycee gets another 5 pts this weekend in Columbus, OH...131 to go.....

9-12/13-2009- No points this weekend for Laycee. This show in Chantilly, VA is the biggest show on the East coast and it brings cats/exhibitors from all over the country. VERY nice class of Himmies.......

9-26/27-2009- Laycee makes a final in Timonium, MD, picking up another 14 pts.....117 to go ....

10-3-2009- Not a good show in York, PA, Laycee only gets 1 point.....116 to go.....

10-10/11-2009- Laycee had a very good show in Lititz, PA...She got 46 points, that put a dent in the points she needs 70 pts yet.....

10-17/18-2009- Another bad show, but the competition was fierce again. Still needs 70 pts.....

10-24-2009- Laycee gets another 18 pts in Cherry Hill, NJ...52 yet to go....

10-25-2009- In Richmond, VA, the next day, Laycee gets 12 more pts.....40 yet to go...

10-31-2009- Laycee gets 6 pts in Harrisonburg, VA....34 yet to go....

11-7-2009- No pts this weekend. There was a gorgeous seal pt female that took all the rings and granded. Still 34 to go....

11-14/15-2009- Laycee makes a final and picks up a few pts from breed judging...22 pts....12 points will finish her. Will next weekend be the weekend????

11-28-2009- WE DID IT, WE DID IT in Cherry Hill, NJ.....Laycee gets pts in breed judging in the next to the last ring of the day. She also takes it in the last ring & makes the final with a judge that has never seen her. She gets 22 pts & grands with 210 pts. What a HUGE surprise and a way to end the show and her show career. Laycee granding is extra special to me, as it DMs her Mom which means her Mother, Leslie, has produced 5 Grands in CFA. I have accomplished another huge goal in my breeding program/exhibiting at shows. Now to set a new goal for myself...
